Here's the guarantee that you will win today!

June 2nd, 2012.
In Your Holy Spirit!
By Riqui Ricón *
David asked the men standing near him, “What will be done for the man who kills this Philistine and removes this disgrace from Israel? Who is this uncircumcised Philistine that he should defy the armies of the living God?” (1 S 17.26).
When God instructed Samuel to anoint David king of Israel, he said, ‘I have found David son of Jesse, a man after my own heart; he will do everything I want him to do.’  (Acts 13.22). This is the quality that God looks in any of Your Daughters and Sons Borned Again: that you have a heart like His to obey His Word!
You may be thinking, as if I knew that! The interesting thing here is to understand that you, yes, you, also have that same quality. All you need to know is that without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. (Hebrews 11.6).
Just because you're reading this devotional is proof that you have faith (or that you're looking for). The easiest way I found to define the faith is, if God said it, then He is going to fulfill, if God spoke, then he is going to accomplish. This means that faith is believing God, believing His Word.
David did not beat Goliath with a slingshot and stone, beat him with their faith, telling all the people of Israel, including the very King Saul, Goliath was uncircumcised. What David was saying with that? Was establishing his victory: That giant bully does not have a covenant with God, We are!
It was not his experience of facing lions and bears which gave courage to David. In fact, allowing him to face lions and bears were known within a covenant with God by being aware that He will never fail in His Word.
When Goliath was insulting tactics of fear David by his gods, he could not be frightened, paid no attention to the offense, or the top of the height, or the muscles of the giant, but was strong in the Lord and the power of his might, putting their eyes, mind and heart in the Word of God. David hurried and ran toward the battle against the Philistine, saying out loud: “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. This day the Lord will deliver you into my hands, and I’ll strike you down and cut off your head. This very day I will give the carcasses of the Philistine army to the birds and the wild animals, and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel. All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the Lord saves; for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give all of you into our hands.” (1 S 17.45-47).
Do you realize? David did not beat Goliath with a slingshot and stone. He won with his faith by putting the Word of God in his mouth.
Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful (Josh 1.8).
Like Joshua and David, you can face your giants in the certainty of defeat because God said so in His Word.
Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Rom 8.37).
The love God has for you is so great that he preferred to give his own Son, to pay all your sins, rather than lose you. This was done to justify you, forgive and thus establish you as His own Daughter (Son).
For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ (Romans 8.15-17a).
God has not left you or leave you. You're more special for Him  than David wad, since, through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, now you are the special object of the New Covenant in Jesus’s Blood: a born again child of God.
by so much more Jesus has become a surety of a better covenant... But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises (Heb 7.22, 8.6)
This, the New Covenant is a better covenant, established upon better promises. It has a surety and a guarantee.
In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory (Ephesians 1:13-14).
Jesus Christ himself is your surety in the New Covenant and the Holy Spirit is your guarantee!
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? (Rom 8.31-32).
Whatever the situation you are facing today, you do not need slingshot, or stone, all you have to know and believe is that God loves you and has pledged His word through the New Covenant in His Blood Son Jesus Christ, to make you a new creature, a born again child of God.
Get it by faith, believing it is so written in the Word of God. He has spoken concerning you, and it will fulfill, He has said, about you, and it will accomplish. God does not lie. Now you have Jesus Christ as your guarantor and the glorious Spirit of God as your warranty. There is no way you can lose!
‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts (Zechariah 4.6).
Pray out loud:
Dear Heavenly Father, today I say no matter what happens around me, I will praise you and adore you because now I know what you've done for me and within me. Thank you, Lord Jesus, because You, being God, not consider it robbery to be equal with God something to hold on, but  divest Thyself, taking the form of a servant, in the likeness of men: And being found in appearance as a man , You humbled Yourself, making obedient unto death, even death on a cross. All because You love me, for make me a born again child of God. Thank You for Your Blood! With it you washed all my sins. Thank You for Your resurrection! You beat the death and gave me eternal life. Thanks for the New Covenant! I am a Child of God! Blessed Holy Spirit, what I can say to you? I love you. I worship you and every day I need you more and more. You are my friend, my counselor and my helper. Thanks for being the promise of the Father which Jesus said would come upon me. Holy Spirit, You are my security, the earnest of my inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession. There is no way I can lose! All things work together for good! I, _______________ (your name here), I have been called according to the purpose of God, my Father. Who predestined me to be made after the image of His Son, to Jesus was my big brother. God the Holy Spirit is in me and with me. Jesus, what I can say to this? If you're with me, who can be against me? Heavenly Father, if You do not espare Your own Son, but delivered Him up for love of me, why not also with Him give me all things? Who will accuse me if I am chosen  of God? It is God who justifies me. Who is he that will condemn me? It is Christ that died for me, indeed, that is risen again for me, which is at the right hand of God, who indeed intercedes for me. Who shall separate me from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril or sword? As it is written: Because of you I am dead  all the time, I'm told  as sheep for the slaughter. Yet in all these things, I, _______________ (your name here), I am more than a conqueror through him who loved me. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature can separate me from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus my Lord and Savior. So, Satan, you come to me with problems and diseases and afflictions, but I come to you in the name of Jesus, the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. God, my Father will deliver you into my hand, and I will smite thee, and cut off your head. I am healthy ! I am free! I am prosperous ! I'm happy! In Jesus’s name. Amen.

How to make happen what God wants from you!

Friday, February 10th, 2012.
You have been qualified by God!

By Riqui Ricón*
Moses said to the LORD, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.” The LORD said to him, “Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the LORD? Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.” (Exo 4.10-12).
When Moses doubted his abilities to fulfill God’s mission, the Lord helped him showing him two things: first, He is God, All Mighty; second, he promised He would be with him. Therefore, through faith, which is believing God and His Word, we can see, in the first five books, that Moses accomplished the task.
After the death of Moses the servant of the LORD, the LORD said to Joshua son of Nun, Moses’ aide: “Moses my servant is dead. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them—to the Israelites… “Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Jos 1.1-2, 7-9).
Now, we have Joshua with the gigantic responsibility to take the people of Israel into the Promised Land and, again, God qualifies him with His Word to fulfill the purpose. Once more, we can read in the book of Joshua how he believed God making the Bible the ultimate way of living and he prospered his way and everything went well for him. So much God honored Joshua’s faith that:
On the day the LORD gave the Amorites over to Israel, Joshua said to the LORD in the presence of Israel: “Sun, stand still over Gibeon, and you, moon, over the Valley of Aijalon.” So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies, as it is written in the Book of Jashar. The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day. There has never been a day like it before or since, a day when the LORD listened to a human being. Surely the LORD was fighting for Israel! (Jos 10. 12-14).
God does not miss anything about you and He has compromised His Word telling you He’ll be with you at all times, helping you and qualifying you for everything the Lord asks of you.
The former regulation is set aside because it was weak and useless (for the law made nothing perfect), and a better hope is introduced, by which we draw near to God. And it was not without an oath! Others became priests without any oath, but he became a priest with an oath when God said to him: “The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind: ‘You are a priest forever.’” Because of this oath, Jesus has become the guarantor of a better covenant (Heb 7.18-22).
The way God, your Father qualified Jesus to do the work He had assigned for Him is truly amazing. By dying in the cross, out of love for you, and paying with His life the price of all your sins, Jesus was made, by God, the guaranty of the New Pact, which is a better pact, established on better promises.
Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature (2 P 1.4a).
These promises are the ones that qualify us, through faith, to be the person God wants you to be and to do the things God wants you to do. For example:
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him (John 3.16-17).
God loves you so that he gave his one and only Son before losing you. Jesus is not here to condemn you, but to make you believe in the Love He feels for you. So you believe that He paid the fair price for your sins and you don’t have to pay ANYTHING. So you receive through faith in His Name, the plenitude of life that only a child of God born again can enjoy. Which, you are NOW one of them in Jesus Christ.
Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God (1 John 5.1a).
Because you believed Jesus is the Messiah, this world’s savior, now you have been born from God.
Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God (John 1.12-13).
By declaring Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are no longer a child of your natural parents, but a child of God.
For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God (1 Pet 1.23).
Now you are a child of God, born again! And you weren’t reborn from a corruptible seed but from the perfect seed which is God’s Word that lives and lingers forever.
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy (1 Pet 2.9-10).
Your father has left you here, in the world for you to show others the virtues he who called you from the shadows into the light. To share the good news and Love of God to all people, and like that establish your Father’s Kingdom on earth. Being a Daughter or a Son of the King allows you to do this for now you are of the chosen lineage and royal priesthood.
And they sang a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation.  You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.”  (Rev 5.9-10).
Through the Blood of Jesus you have already been made King or Queen, and priest or priestess to rule over the earth and it’s necessary for you to understand that you’ve been enabled by God, no by the law of man, but by the power of an indestructible life.
And what we have said is even more clear if another priest like Melchizedek appears, one who has become a priest not on the basis of a regulation as to his ancestry but on the basis of the power of an indestructible life (He 7.15-16).
So it is, be loved, Jesus’ sacrifice goes beyond the forgiveness of your sins. For Love, God has called you His Daughter and His Son and through this New Pact in the Blood of Jesus you have been created new to live a Full and Abundant Life.  To live the Abundance of Eternal Life!
Let us pray:
Loving Heavenly Father, as I study and understand all this I am amazed by Your Greatness and Eternal Love for me. Lord Jesus, Your Life, Your Blood, Your death and resurrection is what enables me for Eternal Life. Thank you! Thank you Lord Jesus! How am I not going to love you! How could I not worship You, being who You are I was born Your child once again.
I believe and I receive you. Therefore I’m certain not even death, nor life, nor angels, nor kingdoms, nor powers, nor the present, nor what is to come, nor the high or the deep or any other thing created could possibly separate me from Your love, my God and Father that is my Lord Jesus Christ. I declare that I am enabled by God with Eternal Life to reign over the earth.
I shall establish your kingdom by placing the Word of God in my mind, mouth and heart. I am the person that God says in His Word, the Bible. I am healthy I am free I am more prosperous than a champion in Christ I can do everything and  due to  the Blood of Jesus, I am happy to live a full and abundant life. Thank you so much, Lord Jesus. Thank you for this New Life in Abundance that I have now. Thank you for my sanity. Thank you for my Healed, Thank you for my prosperity. Thank you for the Love, the Peace and the joy that I now possess. Thank you for my victory over death. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Here is the Truth with which you are going to win!

Rejoice!
By Riqui Ricón*
Sing joyfully to the LORD, you righteous; it is fitting for the upright to praise him (Psa 33.1).
Praising God is a joy and it is very difficult to find a believer that doesn’t rejoice in pouring his heart out, through praise and worship, to Whom deserves all glory, forever, this is, Jesus Christ.
However, there is a bigger joy, a better one, that allows you to enjoy God’s plenitude, and that is that you are righteous, because the righteous rejoices in the Lord.
But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness is given through faith in[a] Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood—to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished— he did it to demonstrate his righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus (Rom 3.21-26).
Before, when we spoke of justice, integrity and holiness, people felt sorry for themselves, they thought they had lost those virtues by taking bad decisions and living a life of sin. But now, according to the Bible, which is God’s Word, and He doesn’t lie, I’ve been justified for free by the Grace of God, through Jesus’ rendition that made for me, paying the FAIR price for my sins! Which means that, no matter what you have done in and with your life, now, through Jesus Christ, you are righteous. God made this in my favor to make his righteousness shown, which is more sublime that ours, not looking at my sins, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus!
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him (John 3.16-17).
So, for God so loved you that he gave his only son, that YOU BELIEVE IN HIM and have eternal life by being justified and made righteous, by His justice.
You can tell me, ‘yes, I know the Bible says so, but, how is that possible?’ This is only possible by divine intervention, which is through an amazing miracle that, completely satisfying all justice, has made of you a whole new person. It is through the New Birth that God has moved you from darkness to His amazing light. It is through the New Birth that God has transform you, from a miserable sinner, doomed to eternal death, into  being God’s righteousness, our Heavenly Father’s loved child, bought by Love for the Life and Blood of His Son, Jesus Christ.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation (2 Cor 5.17-19).
Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God (1 John 5.1a).
When you admitted Jesus in your life as your Lord and Savior, the spirit that you were and that was death, did not come back to life being the same, on the contrary, you were made new, completely new by the Holy Ghost and God’s Word, so you can enjoy a fulfilled and a abundant Eternal Life.
For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God (1 P 1.23).
So, you have been declared righteous and saint, therefore you have the right to have a life filled with joy, peace, health, prosperity and victory. Don’t get me wrong, this doesn’t mean that you won’t have problems or setbacks. No! On the contrary! Jesus said: ‘I have told t you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world (John 16.33)
Yes, you’ll have test and afflictions, but The Lord will deliver you from all and you will defeat them through He Who has loved you, Jesus Christ. For you are righteous, you are God’s justice, and you belong to Him, you are his/her beloved child and you have already conquered the world because He who is in you is greater than the one who’s in the world.
So, it doesn’t matter what you’re living today, Rejoice! God, your Father, is with you, and if He’s with you, who, and I really wonder, who can go against you?
Let us pray out loud:
Heavenly father, it is so good to know myself being so loved by You. Thank you, Lord Jesus, because, not only did you provide forgiveness of sins, but you made me God’s justice in You and you brought peace between God an me, making me your sibling and The Father’s child. It is because of you, my beloved Jesus, that I’m born again and now God, the All Mighty is my Father, my Dad. Reading about this in Your Word, the Bible, makes me know the truth, and the Truth shall set me free. I am free to receive, through faith in You, Jesus, this New Life. I am free to receive, through faith in Your Word, this identity as God’s child, born again, not from a corruptible seed, but from the incorruptible one, the Word of God, that lives and lingers forever. Therefore, beloved Father, each and every one of the promises that are in Your word, are mine and for me. I can pray today with all the certainty that you are listening and will answer. I have joy and peace in my heart because I can ask and receive. Therefore, in Jesus powerful name, I declare myself healed and free from any disease or pain, I believe and receive the written will of my Father, God All Mighty, to be and live prospered in all things. I cast away any fear and doubt thought, fighting against every lie about me. I am the person that the Bible says I am. A beloved Child of God, my father’s special treasure, I can do everything in Christ, for he strengthens me, and I am a conqueror in all, absolutely all things, through the love of Jesus, my King, Lord and Savior. Lord Jesus, today I rejoice in the joy and peace that, the knowledge of being the person You say I am, gives me. Amen.

How to make dreams come true!

Saturday, January 28th, 2012.
I can dream the best things of my life!
By Riqui Ricón*
But they saw him in the distance, and before he reached them, they plotted to kill him. “Here comes that dreamer!” they said to each other. “Come now, let’s kill him and throw him into one of these cisterns and say that a ferocious animal devoured him. Then we’ll see what comes of his dreams.” (Gen 37.18-20).
Your enemy’s work (Satan’s work), has always been to kill your dreams so he can steal your identity as God’s child born again. However, your Heavenly Father created you by giving you life first, and then he chose you to be an heir of eternal salvation by giving you the identity of His child through Jesus Christ.
he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— (Eph 1.5).
After he had finished his work, he became the source of eternal salvation for everyone who obeys him (Heb 5.9 GW).
So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir (Gal 4.7).
One time the prophet Elisha said to the shunammite woman, who had no kids and had treated the so well. Even so that she had built them a room: “About this time next year,” Elisha said, “you will hold a son in your arms.” “No, my lord!” she objected. “Please, man of God, don’t mislead your servant!” But the woman became pregnant, and the next year about that same time she gave birth to a son, just as Elisha had told her (2 Kin 4.16-17).
This woman had already lost all hopes to see her dream of being a mother come true, so much that she accused the prophet of mocking her regrettable situation. The reality was that she could not have kids because of her sterility, but the truth was that the prophet spoke in God’s name and she could see her dream come true, even though she had no faith to believe it!
How could this happen? How can someone recover from an already spent life? How can a long lost dream come true? It all started with this woman desire to have under his roof this God’s prophet, and therefore, His Word.
She said to her husband, “I know that this man who often comes our way is a holy man of God. 10 Let’s make a small room on the roof and put in it a bed and a table, a chair and a lamp for him. Then he can stay there whenever he comes to us.” (2 Kin 4.9-10).
She got her dream back, and her life, by wishing she could treasure the prophet and his message, this is, the Word of God.
Many Christians, sons and daughters of God, born again, think that, because of the life the led, they have already lost their chance to fulfill their dreams and resign to live a “normal” meaningless life lacking in sense.
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full (Joh 10.10).
Nothing is further away from the Truth than resignation. You are God’s child and have all the right to take your life back, dream and believe again, because everything is possible for one that believes.
Because of Jesus Christ, you, beloved brethren, can aspire, from this instant, to live a fulfilled life in the God’s plenitude. Don’t allow Satan to rob you from your dreams and determine yourself to live in the sureness of your faith, since if God said it, then HE will do it, if He spoke it, then, He will fulfill. There isn’t the slightest possibility that God will not honor His Word.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him (Joh 3.16-17).
See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! (1 Joh 3.1a).
It doesn’t matter if you are having economic or family problems right now, or if you’re suffering from illness or depression, God tells you today, through this reading and through His Word, that you are important to Him; that He has never left you, nor will he ever leave you; that He loves you so much that He preferred giving up His only Son, Jesus, than losing you; that it’s time to go back home and recover your dreams.
Let us pray out loud:
Heavenly Father, in this hour I want to thank you for so much love with which you have loved me. Thank you Lord, for paying the price of all my sins and given me eternal life. Today I can stand with my head held high and a grateful heart, since what you did for me on the cross made me a Reborn Child of God. I am a new creation! Old things have passed and here are all the new doings in my life. In the name of Jesus I call upon my sanity, the health of my body and the emotional stability in my life, for I now know who I am: I call upon my financial freedom. I believe and declare that I am the person You, oh Holy Father, say in Your Word that I am. I am free and blissful for the Almighty is with me. I shall dream once again to realize all that I have been called to be. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
